Clint McCord began his career at a I,OOO-lawyer national law firm in Los Angeles (Foley & Lardner LLP) where he specialized in complex commercial litigation, including representing the California Insurance Commissioner and national insurance guaranty association in a successful three-year effort to recover over $1 billion from a consortium of French banks for the fraudulent purchase of a bankrupt California insurance company.

Clint then moved to Iowa (where he grew up and attended high school) to focus on a diverse trial practice, which has included hundreds of clients in commercial, financial, accounting, real estate, employment, family and medical litigation, in both state and federal courts. In the past five years Clint has honed his skills in the courtroom and dedicated himself to communicating with clients, in the consistent effort to provide the most effective and efficient legal representation possible.

Clint attended the University of Iowa College of Law, where he graduated with distinction from the two-year accelerated program in 1999. He also attended the University of Iowa as an undergraduate, where he obtained a B.A. in Philosophy and served as an editor and columnist for the Daily Iowan. Clint is admitted to practice in Iowa and California, District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa and Central District of California, and the United States Courts of Appeal for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
