Dan currently practices primarily in the areas of individual and corporate taxation, estate planning and probate, employee benefits and deferred compensation, and corporate law. Dan’s education and experience have provided him with expertise in several taxation and labor-related fields, including income taxes, sales and use taxes, real estate taxes, tax-exempt entity issues, bond issuances, estate and inheritance taxes, and excise taxes with respect to planning, correction, and litigation. His labor-related areas of expertise include FLSA matters (wage and hour) and DOL regulations as a complement to his ERISA experience with companies’ employee benefits and tax issues.
